Welcome to  The Leo Hotels – Mokshada Suites Mussoorie. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Kindly read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Reservation Policy

Eligibility:
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation and check in at the hotel.

Check-In / Check-Out:

• Check-In: 01:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification Requirement:
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport).
PAN cards are not accepted as valid identification.

Advance Payment:
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance amount must be settled at the time of check-in.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via:

• Credit / Debit Cards
• UPI
• Bank Transfers
• Secure Online Payment Gateways

Room Allocation:
Room numbers, floor preferences, and specific views are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

2. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Amendments:

• Reservation amendments are subject to availability.
• Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• Any difference in room tariff due to date or category change shall be applicable.

Extension of Stay:
Stay extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the prevailing room rates.

3. Child Policy

• Children up to 5 years: Stay complimentary using existing bedding.
• Children aged 6–11 years: Charged 50% of the applicable adult rate.
• Children aged 12 years and above: Considered adults and charged accordingly.

Extra bedding, if required, will be chargeable.

4. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms.
• Designated smoking areas are available within the premises.
• A cleaning and damage fee of ₹5,000 will be levied for smoking in non-designated areas.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• The hotel reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs for damages caused due to negligence or misuse.

6. Use of Personal Information

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation, verification, and communication purposes.
• The hotel is committed to protecting guest privacy and does not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Strikes
• Weather conditions
• Public emergencies

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand.
